Context

We are looking for a Project Manager (F/H) to join our Lyon teams. In this central role, you will manage software development projects from end to end, in direct contact with our clients, our technical teams, and our various international sites in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. You will be responsible for the successful execution of projects, from scoping to delivery, with a clear objective: to ensure client satisfaction, deliverable quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget control. You will also contribute to supporting the evolution of our project practices in a context where AI is playing an increasingly important role: improving work methods, structuring needs, supporting the design of solutions integrating artificial intelligence components, and collaborating with technical teams on innovative projects.

Your Missions

On a daily basis, you will be required to: • Manage complex software development projects, from the scoping phase to delivery; • Be the primary point of contact for clients and ensure clear, fluid, and transparent communication; • Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams as well as external partners or service providers; • Formalize functional requirements: specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, Figma mockups; • Contribute to the integration of AI into work and development methodologies: structuring practices, improving processes, capitalizing on feedback; • Monitor project progress through milestones, KPIs, reports, and project management tools; • Identify risks, anticipate blocking points, and propose appropriate action plans, particularly on innovative or technically uncertain topics; • Participate in pre-sales phases in support of sales teams: costing, scoping, client presentations.

Profile Sought

You have at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in software development, system integration, digital transformation, or complex technical solutions environments. You are comfortable interacting with technical teams, understanding their constraints, challenging priorities, and driving projects forward within a structured framework. You also want to evolve in an environment where development practices are transforming with the advent of AI. You recognize yourself in the following points: • Good general technical knowledge in software development, integration, or architecture; • Experience or curiosity for embedded, IoT, connected environments, or projects integrating artificial intelligence features is a real plus; • Strong interest in the uses of AI applied to software development, project management, or work method improvement; • Ability to discuss innovative topics with technical teams, even when needs or solutions are still being scoped; • Mastery of project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, V-cycle, or hybrid approaches; • Experience in managing international projects or with major clients; • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; • Professional English essential for collaborating with our international teams; • Organization, rigor, autonomy, and strong adaptability;
