About the role

Planung und Führung bzw. Unterstützung internationaler Projekte zur Verbesserung der Instandhaltung in der Division Service von Stadler
Technische Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Institutionen der Fahrzeuginstandhaltung
Gemeinsame Erarbeitung neuer Instandhaltungsstrategien mit Einbezug der neusten digitalen Lösungen
Ansprechpartner für die internationalen Stadler Service Standorte und aktives Networking zur Förderung eines standortübergreifenden Erfahrungsaustauschs
Schnittstelle zu den Stadler Produktionsstandorten und Mitgestaltung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses
Durchführung der Instandhaltungs-Entwicklungsfunktion ECM2 und Unterstützung des ECM1 (Entity in Charge of Maintenance)

Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in technischer Richtung oder abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in einem technischen Bereich
Mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Inbetriebsetzung, Instandhaltung oder Entwicklung im Bereich Maschinen-Anlagen-Fahrzeugbau oder Schienenfahrzeuge
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
Kenntnisse im Bereich RAMS / LCC vorteilhaft
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
Reisebereitschaft um unsere Kunden, Standorte und Flotten zu besuchen (max. 20%)

Salary: EUR 60000 - 75000 per year

University or university of applied sciences degree in a technical field or completed vocational training in a technical area.
Several years of experience in commissioning, maintenance, or development in the field of mechanical-plant-vehicle construction or rail vehicles.
Good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage.
Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Willingness to travel to visit our customers, locations, and fleets (max. 20%).

Planning and leading or supporting international projects to improve maintenance in the Service division of Stadler.
Technical cooperation with all involved institutions of vehicle maintenance.
Joint development of new maintenance strategies incorporating the latest digital solutions.
Contact person for international Stadler Service locations and active networking to promote cross-location knowledge exchange.
Interface to Stadler production sites and co-design of the continuous improvement process.
Performing the ECM2 maintenance development function and supporting ECM1 (Entity in Charge of Maintenance).
