About

The Marketing Project Manager will serve as the operational backbone of integrated marketing planning, managing cross-functional initiatives and ensuring timely execution of marketing programs.

This role focuses on leading planning cycles, building structured project plans, and driving collaboration across teams including Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Events, and Analytics in a fast-paced B2B/SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Lead biannual marketing planning cycles from kickoff to execution
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Track deliverables and ensure on-time execution across workstreams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Events, Analytics, and Sales teams
  • Facilitate planning meetings, stage gates, and stakeholder alignment
  • Ensure clear ownership and accountability across teams

Execution & Risk Management

  • Monitor progress against milestones and SLAs
  • Identify risks, blockers, and resource gaps proactively
  • Provide actionable recommendations to maintain delivery timelines

Process Optimization & Governance

  • Improve workflows, templates, and planning processes
  • Drive operational efficiency and scalability across marketing programs
  • Standardize documentation and best practices

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare executive-level summaries, dashboards, and updates
  • Provide data-driven insights and performance tracking
  • Enhance visibility into project status and dependencies

Tools & Data Integration

  • Manage projects using tools like Asana (or similar)
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to integrate dashboards and reporting
  • Support data-driven decision-making and process automation

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Project Management / Marketing Operations / Program Management
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Strong experience managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or BI tools
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Strong data analysis and reporting experience
  • Experience improving processes and workflows
