As a reinforcement for our team, we are looking for an initiative-taking, digitally savvy personality to editorially refine and strategically market our diverse mandates, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

  • Concept & Planning: You independently develop holistic communication concepts and strategic marketing plans. You define goals, target groups, and messages and ensure that measures across all channels work hand in hand.
  • Multidisciplinary Editorial: You create high-quality content (newsletters, web, press releases, white papers) and translate complex topics from business, energy, and mobility into compelling statements.
  • Digital Marketing: You manage online campaigns (Social Ads, SEA) and use analytics tools to measurably increase the reach and impact of our mandates.
  • Entrepreneurial Participation: You proactively contribute ideas, plan marketing measures across all channels, and bring new impulses to our projects.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience: You have a university degree (Uni/FH) in communication, marketing, or journalism and at least 3-5 years of professional experience. Ideally, you have already worked in an agency or in a comparable interface function between business and politics.
  • Editorial Excellence: You write with a confident style, tailored to the target audience, and have an eye for good stories ('storytelling').
  • Economic Policy Interest: You have a strong interest in economic and political contexts and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex, socially relevant issues.
  • Digital Native: You are marketing-savvy, proficient with CMS and social media tools, and have experience managing digital marketing initiatives.
  • Language Talent: German is your native language or at a very good level (stylistically confident for demanding editorial work). You also enjoy speaking and writing in English and French.
  • Personality: You think entrepreneurially and are a communicative personality. You have 'a passion for the future' and want to make a difference.
