Role Description

Top Tier Construction Services is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager – Material Handling & Integration to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact projects across a variety of industrial and operational environments, with occasional travel required.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of material handling and integration projects—from initial planning, design coordination and material ordering, through execution, installation, and final delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating/directing internal teams and subcontractors, overseeing logistics and material flow, and coordinating site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards. The Project Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, with a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex, multi-phase projects
• Strong background in material handling, industrial construction, or systems integration is highly preferred
• Experience with project coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are consistently met
• Solid understanding of logistics and material flow management, including coordination of equipment, personnel, and scheduling
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work both on-site and collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Candidates are not required to reside in Virginia; however, proximity to the region is preferred. This role requires regular travel to project sites as needed.
