Responsibilities

• Take charge of part of the Service Delivery / Client Delivery work for MCO projects of varying sizes
• Work under the responsibility of a Service Delivery Manager and in connection with pole managers and PMO assistants
• Document management: Prepare project document delivery after review by teams; keep track of delivered documents
• Quality plan guarantor
• Meetings and action plan: Organize logistics for client or supplier meetings: rooms, invitations, request badges, parking, meals from PMO assistants
• Contribute to meeting minutes and report actions in the action plan
• Responsible for the project action plan
• Operations follow-up: Guarantee the schedule, commitments, and quality
• Write client quotes, especially for technical scope modifications/extensions
• Technological watch (monitor obsolescence, evolution opportunities)
• Financial follow-up: Track billing milestones with PMO support; follow suppliers

Qualifications

• Required degree: BAC+5
• Required experience: 5 to 10 years

Technical Environment

• C, C++, Linux, Python
