What You Need for this Position

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related related degree and more than 3 years of experience:

• Manage and support commercial, institutional and/or industrial commercial construction projects for a mechanical subcontractor
• Oversee project progress for HVAC trades
• Ability to read mechanical construction drawings
• Manage project financials and processes for RFIs, change orders, submittals and RFIs
• Efficient using construction related software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar
