Job Description
As a Project Manager (m/f/d) or (Junior) Project Manager (m/f/d) for professional loudspeaker systems, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of various individual sub-areas of a new development, aligning these between the customer, R&D, and production. You will work closely with internal and external colleagues and partners to ensure the timely completion and quality of the products. Your tasks will include, among other things, scheduling, resource management, and tracking project progress. At least basic knowledge or experience in sound reinforcement or loudspeaker construction is essential.
This full-time position offers a hybrid working model with a focus on collaborative teamwork in Solingen.
Qualifications
- A solid understanding of sound reinforcement or sound systems.
- Experience in the design, setup or planning of loudspeakers for musicians, events, or venues.
- Sound knowledge in the management, coordination and implementation of projects, taking into account deadlines and resources.
- Ability to track and ensure milestones and to perform quality controls.
- Analytical and organizational skills, strong communication skills, commitment, and a solution-oriented approach are advantageous. Ideally, you will have completed commercial or technical training or a relevant degree.
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
