About

For one of our clients, we are implementing a comprehensive IT service management system based on ITIL. Due to a change in personnel, we are immediately seeking a proven project manager with S3 Senior competence level (at least 5 years of professional experience in the field) or higher.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field.
• HERMES Advanced (2022 or 5.1) or IPMA Level B or equivalent is also required.
• In-depth ITIL knowledge is desirable.
• The ideal candidate has already implemented a process and/or service management project at an organization (public administration or a company of comparable size and complexity).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and sufficient experience in dealing with C-level executives are also essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating process managers and user representation.
• Standardizing ITIL processes.
• Implementing JIRA.

• Location: Bern, at least 1-2 days on-site at the client's premises
