In this role you drive strategic transformation initiatives for Deutsche Telekom’s digital-telco agenda. You’ll work across cross-functional teams on high-impact projects, shaping objectives and aligning interfaces during implementation. You mentor and lead a rotating team of consultants, applying agile practices and proven methodologies. The opportunity combines consulting rigor with corporate scale, offering growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead a rotating team of 3-6 consultants on key strategic projects across cross-functional areas
• Design transformation initiatives, set objectives, and manage interfaces during implementation
• Inspire the project team through coaching and leveraging diverse expertise
• Support (agile) program and project management with partners and clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of initiatives and deliverables

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in consulting, preferably at a renowned strategy firm
• Experience and expertise in new product development, marketing, and innovation
• Ability to define effective go-to-market approaches and implement forward-looking strategies
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to challenge top management and advocate for your position
• Excellent English and German language skills (C1)
