Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with end-to-end project management experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, including go-live delivery and hypercare support. Must have a clear, structured approach to planning, governance, RAID management, change control, testing, cutover, and business readiness for D365 ERP delivery. Must have 8–10 years’ project management experience, including at least 3–5 years leading ERP implementations and at least one end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365.

A hybrid position based in Rosebank and on a contract basis until 30 September 2026.

Requirements

• Matric plus relevant Degree/Diploma in IT, Commerce, Engineering or related.
• Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) - required.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform certifications - advantageous.
• 8–10 years’ project management experience, including at least 3–5 years leading ERP implementations and at least one end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance/Operations) implementation (or comparable D365 ERP rollout) through go-live and hypercare.
• Proven delivery using structured implementation methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Success by Design / Sure Step, Agile/Hybrid, Waterfall) with strong governance, stage gates, and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report) and delivery components (data migration, integrations, environments, testing, cutover).
• Proficient with MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint; strong RAID, action, and change control management; executive-level reporting and communication.

Overall Responsibilities

• Project Manager will lead and coordinate delivery of the D365 ERP implementation, with immediate focus on the current Build and Test phase.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, governance, vendor and stakeholder management, delivery assurance, and reporting to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and business outcomes, including successful testing cycles, go-live readiness and hypercare.
