We are seeking a motivated, experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Other Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within multi-family the construction industry with an emphasis on multi-building projects ranging in size from $10MM - $60MM.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and Organizational Skills.
• Proven Abilities Of Critical Thinking, Attention to detail, and highest quality standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
