Responsibilities

  • Holistic project responsibility for international customer projects - commercial, technical, and social - in close cooperation with the technical lead or project team
  • Strategic planning and operational control of all project resources: budget, schedule, quality, task distribution, and milestones
  • Ongoing reporting and consistent target tracking to ensure agreed project standards and KPIs
  • Active management and implementation of risk, claim, and change management processes to secure project success
  • Professional stakeholder management - internal and external - with a focus on sustainable communication and expectation management
  • Participation in tender projects in close coordination with the sales team

Qualifications

  • You have many years of experience in managing large integration projects in the field of Mission Critical Communication.
  • You are familiar with Cyber Security and compliance requirements (e.g., NIS-2).
  • You have strong communication skills, organizational talent, and leadership ambitions.
  • You are accustomed to working in a dynamic, technology-oriented environment.
  • You are motivated to actively shape a new organizational unit on a global level.
  • You speak fluent English and preferably good German; other languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%

The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 59,897.00 gross per year (based on a 38.5-hour week) PLUS a market-based overpayment depending on your professional qualifications and professional experience.
