Responsibilities

• You will take overall responsibility for the planning & control of project plans, budgets, and resources and are responsible for the continuous monitoring of schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure goals are met.
• You will manage stakeholder communication at all levels, including identifying relevant user groups and involving top management.
• You will be responsible for the project completion, including final reports, lessons learned, and handover processes.
• You will be responsible for documenting & communicating project progress and close collaboration with all project participants.
• You will take on the professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and sub-project leaders, as well as mentoring and coaching junior project managers.
• You will ensure compliance with DACHSER's project management governance and select and apply suitable project and change management methods.

Qualifications

• You have a completed university degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• You have a project management certification (e.g., IPMA Level B, SCRUM, ...).
• Ideally, you already have sound experience in project management.
• You have very good German and English skills.
• You are willing to travel internationally within Europe.
• You possess above-average communication and presentation skills and a convincing personal demeanor.
