About Evidentic

Our mission at Evidentic is to improve global health by helping researchers accelerate their work. We do this by providing easy access to small amounts of reference drugs, helping the biosimilar and pharmaceutical industry speed up the development of new medications so that they reach patients faster. To strengthen our team on this mission, we’re looking for a part-time Project Manager (hybrid) to join us at our location in Potsdam!

Your Impact on our team:

• You align with department leaders and report directly to the CEO, ensuring that he has a weekly overview of the most important topics.
• You oversee two business-critical projects (Marketing and ERP implementation), aligning with the team to ensure the timeline and budget are followed. You proactively seek to mitigate risks and find solutions for project challenges. You own team alignment meetings and ensure that the CEO is kept up to date on progress.
• You oversee the scheduling of marketing content, including LinkedIn posts for the company account and a monthly newsletter via Brevo.
• You own the weekly and monthly Evidentic team alignments, including the coordination of the meeting slides and moderation.
• You manage the company bookkeeping, including overseeing that all invoices are saved in the appropriate folder and uploaded to DATEV. You coordinate directly with the company’s tax office to ensure materials are complete.

The Qualifications We’re Looking for:

• You have 3-5 years of project management experience and can point to examples where you’ve successfully driven projects to completion.
• You see the big picture, can think critically about what’s being asked of you, and can push back on requests that don’t make sense given the larger company goals.
• You use AI and regularly leverage tools/LLMs to drive efficiency and improve the quality of your work.
• You have experience working with senior stakeholders before and can clearly communicate priorities.
• You’re fine with traveling to Potsdam twice a week to be in the office.
• You’re fluent in English and are comfortable holding a conversation in German.
