Project Manager (m/w/d)

About the Position

Exciting and versatile position in project management of complex machine projects with responsibility over the entire project cycle. The role combines technical coordination, project management, and close collaboration with international customers and internal teams.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Leadership of complex machine projects from the final sales phase to customer acceptance, ensuring time, cost, and quality.
• Creation of order planning, including definition of work packages and milestones, in coordination with customers and internal interfaces.
• Management of project teams, organization of kick-off meetings, and presentation of system concepts and schedules to internal and external partners.
• Technical and organizational coordination of all project participants and ensuring goal- and solution-oriented project management.
• Assumption of a central interface function and ensuring continuous information flow.
• Monitoring of deadlines, functionality, and costs, including initiation of appropriate measures in case of deviations.
• Reporting of parallel projects and derivation and presentation of corrective measures for management.
• Conducting post-calculations and project analyses.
• Consulting, support, and assistance for customers and the sales organization.

What You Bring

• Technical education (FH/University)
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in mechanical engineering
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken (native level)
• Good English language skills
• Structured and disciplined way of working
• Customer and team-oriented attitude

Advantageous

• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
• PMI-PMP certification
• Good Spanish language skills
