What you'll do

• Responsible for planning, controlling, and implementing special machine projects – from order receipt to production start and achievement of goals
• Creation and ongoing adaptation of project and milestone plans, prioritization of tasks, and ensuring the availability of personnel and resources
• Monitoring budget, deadlines, and quality; ensuring information flow between all project participants and escalation in case of deviations
• Close cooperation with specialist departments, locations, and customers; leading meetings, change management, and methodological support in process and technology development

What you'll bring

• Completed technical degree or comparable training with several years of project experience in the automotive or mechanical engineering sector
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented way of working with high initiative and a focus on process improvement
• Very good German and English skills as well as strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
• Proficient in MS Office, experience in moderation and problem-solving, willingness to travel, and enthusiasm for technical challenges
