For our renowned client in Gilching, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d) who has completed a degree in computer science or business informatics and has several years of experience in managing software projects.

Our client is a globally active Swiss company in the field of automated cable processing, which is a market and technology leader and employs over 3500 people worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of customer software projects within the CoC Smart Factory Solutions in the Product Management area.
• Acting as the interface between the sales team and the software development team with a focus on customer projects.
• Responsibility for the timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery of software projects.
• Carrying out preliminary and final calculations for the projects.
• Identification and implementation of optimization potential in existing processes and workflows.
• Moderation of workshops and presentation of project results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with compliance and quality standards within the projects.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in managing software projects, ideally in industry or in the Smart Factory sector.
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and dealing with customers.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Sound knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience with corresponding tools.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to conduct risk analyses and develop measures for risk minimization.
