Responsibilities

• As a Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the planning, control, and successful implementation of complex national and international projects.
• You will lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary, international, and spatially distributed project team within the KION Group.
• In your role, you will have overall technical and commercial responsibility and control project scope, budget, costs, deadlines, and risks.
• As a central point of contact, you will be the main point of contact for customers and internal and external stakeholders and will regularly report on project status.
• Together with customers, suppliers, and contractual partners, you will coordinate technical requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with contracts.
• You will proactively plan milestones, project processes, and change orders and initiate appropriate corrective measures if necessary.
• You will ensure quality assurance, quality control, and the execution of conformity processes throughout the entire project.
• You will actively support the selection and procurement process of suppliers.
• You will advise national and international customers on the planning and optimization of complex intralogistics and automation solutions.
• You will plan and monitor the commissioning of plants and systems at the end customer's site until successful completion.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in engineering, logistics, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of relevant professional experience.
• You have already gained experience in project management and in leading technical project teams.
• You have technical expertise in areas such as intralogistics, plant construction, or automation.
• You are proficient in project management methods and tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken (at least C1), are part of your profile.
• You bring a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working to your projects.
• As a communicative team player, you convince with assertiveness and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in change management rounds off your profile.
• You remain resilient and flexible even in a dynamic project environment.
• International business trips (EMEA and worldwide) are not a problem for you.
• You take responsibility for safety, health, and the environment in accordance with company guidelines.
