Role
As Consultancy Project Manager , you support the Commercial Printing business for Continuous Feed (CF) and Sheetfed Presses (SP) within the Developing Regions Business Group. In this role, you combine technical expertise, structured project management and customer-oriented consultancy . You support sales projects from the early concept phase through implementation and acceptance, ensuring solutions are technically sound, commercially viable and aligned with customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Support Area Managers during the offer phase by defining technical solutions, e.g. selecting press configurations, options and workflows for customer proposals
- Work with Regional Sales Organizations and distributors to manage customer projects , from initial concept through implementation and acceptance
- Support print tests and cost calculations , including preparation, execution and evaluation of results
- Contribute to service-related activities , such as coordinating training, supporting installations, handling escalations and preparing documentation
- Support after-sales and service processes , including warranty topics, remote service and technical follow-up
- Participate in product demonstrations and customer presentations , providing technical explanations and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's or University degree in a technical discipline or relevant education (e.g. Experience in a large, international organisation , preferably in technical sales, consultancy or business development
- Fluent English and good understanding of German language
