Responsibilities

• You analyze complex issues and challenges and develop future-oriented consulting approaches for the thyssenkrupp businesses.
• You lead consulting projects and take responsibility from implementation to successful project completion, including presentations to top management.
• You proactively drive communication and coordination with our clients and provide consulting support to the heads of the Project Management Offices.
• You take on leadership responsibility for your project team and drive the personal and professional development of your colleagues through regular feedback and coaching.
• You are part of the tkMC management team and play a central role in recruiting and training, for example.

Profile

• You have at least five years of relevant professional experience in strategy or management consulting.
• You have a very good Master's/Diploma degree - additional qualifications such as a doctorate or MBA are welcome.
• Your strong leadership skills enable you to motivate your team colleagues to achieve top performance and develop their potential accordingly.
• You convince with a confident demeanor and strong analytical skills, even in difficult situations.
• You have international experience and can express yourself precisely and structurally in both German and English.
• You are flexible regarding your project deployment location.
