About the role
Project Manager (m/w/d) Customer Projects Safety Engineering
We are looking for you
Do you enjoy managing projects and developing technical solutions? Then bring your project expertise to us and help us shape innovative solutions. At Engineered Solutions, part of Dräger Safety Engineering, exciting product development and customer projects in international plant construction await you – with plenty of scope for creativity and a team that works together.
Your tasks
As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of customer-specific projects as well as internal development projects in international plant construction. You will manage projects from the quotation phase to successful commissioning, ensuring that quality, cost, and time targets are met. You will coordinate all relevant interfaces – internal and external – and ensure smooth collaboration between specialist departments, suppliers, and customers. You will always keep an eye on technical requirements, economic framework conditions, and project-specific risks. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the further development of our project management processes, support knowledge transfer within the team, and promote the application of methods and tools.
What you bring with you
- You have successfully completed a technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable).
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in leading technical projects, preferably in an industrial environment or plant construction.
- You have both technical and economic understanding and can maintain an overview even in complex project situations.
- Your working style is solution-oriented, structured, and goal-oriented.
- You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders – also in an international context – and know how to bring different interests together.
- Fluent English is a matter of course for you.
Sounds exciting? Then we look forward to receiving your application.
