For our Diehl Aviation location in Laupheim, we are looking for a:
Project Manager (m/f/d) Procurement
Responsibilities
- Definition of IT requirements for the Strategic Procurement department and support of purchasing-relevant projects
- Responsibility for user authorizations for SAP, SAP Ariba, and all other systems
- Technical project responsibility for implementation projects such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP add-ons, and other IT projects
- Leadership and coordination of projects and workshops at the divisional level, as well as creation of reports and management presentations
- Definition and implementation of measures to ensure and monitor compliance with processes

- Completed studies

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in Bezug auf IT‑ oder Procurement‑Projekte
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP‑Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP S/4HANA und SAP Ariba
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozessen sowie deren IT‑Abbildung
- Gute Kommunikations‑ und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Definition von Anforderungen an die IT für den Bereich Strategic Procurement und Betreuung der einkaufsrelevanten Projekte
- Verantwortung der User-Berechtigungen für SAP, SAP Ariba und alle weiteren Systeme
- Fachliche Projektverantwortung für Implementierungsprojekte wie SAP S/4HANA, SAP Add-ons und weitere IT-Projekte
- Leitung und Koordinierung von Projekten bzw. Workshops auf Teilkonzern-Ebene sowie Erstellung von Reportings und Management-Präsentationen
- Definition und Implementierung von Maßnahmen, um die Einhaltung der Prozesse zu gewährleisten und zu überprüfen
