Job Description

In this position, you will be the central interface between project management, engineering, and supply chain. You will ensure transparent scheduling, reliable material availability, and smooth project execution along the entire value chain.

Your Main Tasks Include

• End-to-end responsibility for timely and quantity-based material availability until delivery to international construction sites
• Transparent planning, control, and tracking of all project-related deadlines during execution
• Central coordination function between Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Internal Logistics, Shipping, and Project Management
• Ensuring On-Time Delivery considering project-specific milestones
• Identification of deadline risks and bottlenecks, and initiation and follow-up of appropriate measures
• Operational control and monitoring of orders and requirements in SAP S/4HANA
• Participation in the continuous improvement of planning, coordination, and supply chain processes

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable course of study
• Alternatively, a commercial or technical apprenticeship with appropriate additional qualification
• Initial practical experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Project Management
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and proficient use of MS Excel
• Analytical and structured way of working with a focus on deadline and process reliability
• Strong communication skills in dealing with various internal stakeholders
• Good German and English skills for collaboration in international projects
