We are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) Rail Infrastructure for our Mobility location in 1210 Vienna.

Your new role – challenging and forward-looking

  • Independent and self-responsible management of projects across all phases
  • Development of the project strategy as well as planning, control, and implementation of project phases
  • Responsibility for contract and deadline compliance, including opportunity and risk management
  • Technical and professional coordination of the development, project planning, assembly, and commissioning trades
  • Close collaboration in a matrix organization with internal specialist departments and external partners
  • Central interface to the customer with professional communication in German
  • Coordination and control of internal and external project partners
  • Active contract management over the entire project lifecycle

Your qualifications – well-founded and adequate

  • Completed technical education (HTL, FH, or TU)
  • At least 4 years of relevant professional and project experience in project management
  • Certification as a Project Manager (C or B)
  • Ideally, know-how in railway signaling technology, IT, and/or network technology
  • Sound knowledge of contract law and strong negotiation skills
  • Structured, results- and quality-oriented way of working with a high degree of customer focus
  • Teamwork skills, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to accompany commissioning activities on weekends and at night

What else do I need to know?

We offer an attractive remuneration package that corresponds to your qualifications and professional experience. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement is at least EUR 72,010.54 for this position.

Depending on education and experience, a higher salary is possible. As a large corporation, Siemens also offers additional social benefits and perks.
