Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the execution of medium and large projects in the field of modern submarine hunting applications, adhering to quality, cost, and deadline targets while also considering corporate goals and product strategies.
- Independent professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams consisting of Engineering, Commercial Management, Logistics, Production, and Integration throughout all project phases.
- Independent creation, coordination, regular review, and implementation of project planning and tracking of project progress, including schedule and cost plans.
- Monitoring project costs, identifying budget deviations, and implementing measures for cost control.
- Ensuring contractually compliant execution, identifying risks and problems, and implementing measures to minimize them.
- Management, support, and coordination of partners and subcontractors.
- Conducting claim management, i.e., identifying, evaluating, and resolving claims within the project.
Profile
- Successfully completed university studies in economics or engineering.
- Many years of professional experience in managing large projects, ideally in the maritime sector.
- Many years of experience in leading project teams and sound knowledge of common project management methods and tools.
- Ideally, certification in project management (IPMA C).
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- High team, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- International experience and intercultural sensitivity.
- High degree of initiative, assertiveness, responsibility, and good time management.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to undertake occasional national or international business trips.
