To strengthen our team at the Berlin location, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Client Representation: Responsibility for the client's interests in new construction and revitalization projects in Berlin, including regular coordination with all project stakeholders.
• Independent Coordination and Control: Independent organization and monitoring of predominantly technical, but also commercial and legal processes to ensure the smooth realization of complex properties and neighborhood developments.
• Collaboration: Close exchange with internal departments and external project participants, such as planners, engineers, authorities, construction companies, and investors, to ensure optimal project progress.
• Contract Management: Preparation and execution of tenders, review and negotiation of contracts with planners, engineers, and construction companies (general contractor tendering), and responsibility for their successful implementation.
• Monitoring and Controlling: Control and monitoring of the technical performance of planners (plan review of various service phases) and the general contractor to ensure quality, time, and budget targets are met, including corresponding documentation.
• Comprehensive Support: Support of the entire realization process up to final completion and handover to the user or owner, and support of the conception and planning phase.

Profile

• Successfully completed university degree with a focus on architecture or civil engineering; alternatively, we also welcome applicants (m/f/d) with comparable qualifications and relevant professional experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management / project control of residential and commercial properties, preferably in project control or construction management.
• Expertise: Experience in the conception and control of complex construction projects during the implementation phase.
• Interest in the development of innovative structural and building services solutions.
• Good knowledge of contract and construction law.
• Flexibility, high willingness to perform, and customer orientation.
• Professional and confident demeanor, persuasiveness and assertiveness, combined with strong entrepreneurial thinking and independent working style.
• Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel within Germany.
