Project Manager Treasury

Your role in the team

• As our Project Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of Nomentia’s Cash & Treasury Management SaaS solutions for customers across Europe, with a primary focus on the DACH region.
• You will ensure seamless onboarding, structured project delivery, and long-term customer success while acting as a trusted advisor for selected key accounts.
• This is a hands-on role for a solution-oriented professional who thrives in customer-facing environments, enjoys managing complex SaaS implementation projects, and collaborates naturally with customers, banks, and internal experts.
• Be the primary contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Leads demanding customer implementation projects successfully.
• Define treasury needs and processes together with customers.
• Analyze and evaluate business requirements and run implementation projects with internal project members.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on cash and treasury management solutions.
• Ensure strong connectivity between Nomentia’s solutions, customer integration layers, and bank systems.
• Prioritize customer needs to ensure project success.
• Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders across Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Product.
• Outside of project deliveries, you will also act as an internal consultant for our development team, representing the voice of the customer to help define Treasury solutions that solve real customer challenges and improve how how they use Nomentia’s platform.

Our expectations of you

Qualifications

• Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects simultaneously with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
• Project Management certification is considered an advantage.
• Native-level German.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of other European or Nordic languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate treasury with a preference for candidates with a background in SaaS.
• Previous experience working in a cross-functional, global environment, managing and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Strong customer-centric mindset, with demonstrated experience in customer-facing project work.

• Flexible hybrid work in Austria or remote work in Germany with opportunities for in-person collaboration.
• A minimum salary of €50,000 per year depending on your skills and experience + up to 10% annual bonus (if company-wide goals are met).
