Project Manager

About

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects in nuclear.

You will be responsible for delivering projects end-to-end in highly regulated contexts, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to commissioning
• Manage planning, cost control, contract, risks, and resources
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with French and international safety & regulatory standards
• Interface with clients, contractors, and authorities
• Drive technical decision-making in constrained industrial environments
• Monitor project performance (KPIs, reporting, milestones)
• Implement and promote a strong safety culture

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in project management
• Experience in one of the following sectors: Nuclear, Chemical / Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Energy / other high-risk industrial environments
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects
• Strong knowledge of: Project planning & cost control, Risk management, Industrial safety standards
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience on nuclear new build, maintenance, or decommissioning projects
• Knowledge of French nuclear regulations and procedures
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
• Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background)
