We are Aufinity - one of the fastest growing FinTech scale-ups in Germany. Together we are expanding Europe's new standard for digital payment management in the automotive sector from the heart of Cologne. Since 2018, we have been optimizing payment processes in the automotive industry with our platform bezahl.de. bezahl.de automates, digitizes, and simplifies the entire receivables process from invoicing and dunning to data transfer to the financial accounting system. At the same time, we offer our customers a state-of-the-art payment process with various multichannel payment methods specialized for high amounts. This allows our customers to focus on their core business while we take care of the rest.
What to expect from us
- Project management support: Support for operational project management activities in the platform area to ensure smooth processes.
- Documentation Owner: Creation, maintenance, and structuring of project documentation, especially for audits and financial audits.
- Reporting Support: Preparation and creation of reports, KPIs, and status information for relevant stakeholders.
- Structure & Organization: Optimization of processes through structured working methods and efficient processes.
- Communication Interface: Relief for Product Owners through coordination, alignment, and second-level communication.
- PMO Setup: Participation in the setup of a central PMO for cross-project support and standardization.
- Mentoring & Coaching: Support and technical guidance of working students in the PMO environment.
What you bring with you
- Project Management Background: Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, or a comparable degree program, as well as several years of professional experience in (agile) project management, including at least 3 years relevant experience in project management.
- Mindset & Working Method: Analytical and structured thinking combined with a quick grasp and high problem-solving competence, as well as experience working in agile structures.
- IT Affinity: Interest in digital platforms, technical contexts, and modern working methods.
- Tool Skills: Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, as well as the ability to present content in a target-group-oriented and structured manner.
- Organizational Talent: Independent, structured, and reliable way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility and organizational skills.
- Language Skills: Native-level German and C2-level English (written and spoken) for communication and documentation.
