About

Integrated into the Programs Directorate, your role is to support the Program Manager in the steering and management of the assigned Program/Project, by providing all relevant information enabling them to analyze and make decisions.

The ultimate goal is to contribute significantly to the improvement of delivery times and the economic performance of programs.

You will work interactively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of our projects, while ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and the Group's quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• You bring methodological improvements and rigor in program steering to Program Managers, particularly for rituals.
• You provide visibility to program stakeholders and ensure that program stakes are taken into account within the company.
• You support work package (WP) managers in managing their schedules.
• You establish and control the overall schedule, update and present the CCPM (Critical Chain) schedule during reviews.
• In collaboration with the Program Management Controller, you develop the economic assessment at the WP level (cost vs. budget).
• You prepare program performance reporting for management.
• You ensure that sensitive points are escalated to the Program Manager.
• You ensure the progress and re-planning of OTD deliverables with the various stakeholders and maintain the milestone/deliverable tables.
• You are proactive in proposing improvements to Program/Project Managers for managing the business lines in charge, in compliance with processes.

More generally within the PERFORMANCE Pole:

• You contribute to the synthesis of program cost and margin control plans (managed by Program Managers).
• You promote continuous improvement and change management in Program steering and WP steering.
• You improve performance through the generalization of Critical Chain on developments and occasionally on series, using cost tracking tools, and any tools you can help develop.
• You actively participate in the change management plan, particularly by creating and implementing training if necessary.
• You are proactive in proposing improvements to processes.
• You contribute to all missions of the PIC-PERFO pole (indicators, data updates...).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production logistics
• Mastery of project management (tools, including Primavera, methodology, critical chain)
• Mastery of economic information analysis and processing
• Mastery of IT tools (Excel, PPT, BDD…)
