About the Role

Our Lynx product allows our energy clients to monitor and control their infrastructure and equipment both locally and remotely. Lynx is a SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system which, on top of the generic core, offers advanced functions to manage electrical grids by providing the most appropriate assistance to the operator. You will be a true right-hand person to the Program Director, the PMO acts as a reference for the overall management of the program and actively contributes to strategic decisions on standardized projects.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program PMO or transverse PMO;
  • Solid experience in budget monitoring, production forecasting, and financial analysis of programs;
  • Experience working on cross-functional budgets and complex scopes;
  • Ability to ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and overall progress;
  • Very good command of Excel (budgets, analyses, reporting);
  • Good understanding of financial management;
  • Comfortable in facilitating, coordinating, and managing cross-functionally.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • You will recommend and prepare budget, capacity, and schedule decisions;
  • You will inform management decisions with consolidated analyses and scenarios;
  • You will challenge project and program assumptions;
  • You will contribute to defining the program's multi-year trajectory, ensure overall consistency, and secure long-term commitments;
  • You will drive continuous improvement of PMO practices, structuring of tools, and maturity of project teams.

Your Missions will focus on 4 axes:

Planning & Project Portfolio

  • Contribute to the construction and consistency of a project portfolio;
  • Integrate cost, deadline, resource, and skill constraints;
  • Anticipate dependencies and secure program milestones.

Progress Monitoring

  • Monitor project/program progress (quality, cost, deadline);
  • Identify deviations, alert, and propose action plans;
  • Ensure compliance with methods, processes, and best practices;
  • Perform program risk analysis.

Budget Monitoring & Financial Analysis

  • Monitor and update program budgets;
  • Analyze consumption, remaining work, and forecasts;
  • Ensure cost control and budget adherence.

Reporting & Governance

  • Produce reports and dashboards for management;
  • Facilitate and secure program governance;
  • Translate strategic plans into operational roadmaps.

Qualifications

Graduated from an Engineering School or with a Master 2 in IT, you ideally have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Mandatory Technical Skills: Microsoft Office & PMO tools (Primavera/Jira/MS Project…)
