Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the Aéro Excellence certification project (GIFAS Referential) with the primary objective of obtaining Bronze level.
• Ensure the interface between Management, consultants, and operational teams to guarantee data collection, progress synthesis, and alignment of projects with the site's overall strategy (Hoshin Kanri).

Job Requirements

Aéro Excellence Project Management and Coordination

• Referential Management: Lead the roadmap to meet evaluation criteria (Industrial Performance, Environment, Cybersecurity).
• Network Animation: Work in close collaboration with external consultants, site management, and process owners.
• Data Collection: Collect evaluation criteria from various departments and structure the evidence file for evaluation.

Reporting and Strategic Management

• Management Scorecard: Develop and maintain steering dashboards for General Management.
• Project Synthesis: Produce clear and concise progress reports, highlighting successes and alerts.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational blocking points and propose action levers to streamline the project.

Integration into Site Strategy (Hoshin Kanri)

• Strategic Alignment: Integrate operational excellence projects into the site's annual strategic deployment.
• Results Culture: Drive teams to achieve the correct criteria and meet set milestones.
• Continuous Improvement: Disseminate industrial excellence standards and support teams in changing practices.

You have at least 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, in an industrial, aeronautical, or automotive environment as a Project Manager Officer.

You are recognized for your professionalism and reliability, as well as your ability to adapt to a demanding environment.

Exos will support you throughout the process (selection, presentation, interview) until you take up your post.

The User Company

Wholesale trade of ores and metals, wholesale, semi-wholesale, and retail purchase and sale of all metallurgical products intended primarily for aeronautics but also for all other economic sectors, sawing and all processing operations of these products, machining of mechanical parts.

Profile Sought

• Bachelor's degree +3/5 (Generalist Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement) or equivalent.
• First experience in an industrial environment is desired; knowledge of aeronautical or automotive environments is a major advantage.
• Mastery of project management methodologies and documentary synthesis skills.
• Solid industrial culture: knowledge of Lean Management, MRP2, and ideally APQP.
• Proficiency with visual management and reporting tools.
• Good technical English skills.

Contract Type: CDD 6 to 9 months

Work Environment: Stimulating, characterized by a collaborative spirit and real teamwork, a good atmosphere between different departments, dynamic teams.

Compensation and Benefits: €45K to €55K, Non-executive status.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM/12:30 PM - 2:00 PM/6:00 PM - Friday: 8:30 AM/12:30 PM - 2:00 PM/4:30 PM (38.50 hours/week).

Remote Work: This position is not eligible for teleworking.
