Your Daily Life

We provide and support systems for air traffic management and protection. We work with passion in a modern architectural setting, striving to push the boundaries of technology in our key sectors. South of Paris, our site is easily accessible by public transport.

Act as a decision-making co-pilot for the Head of EMEA Delivery & Services Center. Provide predictive visibility and analytical rigor to Engineering Delivery Managers (EDMs). Transform operational data into concrete levers to secure financial, calendar, and technical performance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic co-piloting & predictive analysis
• Project landing. Piloting Estimate-at-Completion exercises; challenging EDM assumptions; realistic financial and HR forecasts.
• Variance analysis. Decoding cost/schedule deviations; identifying root causes (rework, underestimation, skill gaps).
• What-if scenarios. Modeling the impact of major milestone shifts or scope changes on profitability and resources.
• Workload and critical resource planning
• Pilot the S&OP process with Engineering Delivery Managers and Discipline Managers every quarter.
• Support sourcing strategy
• Risks & Opportunities
• Challenge risks. Co-facilitating risk reviews with EDMs; adequate provisioning and active mitigation.

Your Profile

• Engineering degree / Master's degree.
• 7 to 10 years in project management or PMO in a high-tech environment, ideally Aeronautics, Defense, or Space.
• Speaks "engineering" — and masters financial stakes (P&L, cash, margins).
• Solid mastery of data analysis (BI, advanced Excel) and Thales tools.
