Role
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects within the Transformation Department, you will participate in the successful development of the company's projects.
As a PMO, you will provide the Head of Strategic Projects and project managers with the necessary support and infrastructure to ensure projects are properly monitored and delivered. You will contribute to instilling a methodological and operational approach to standardize project management practices.
The PMO supports the steering, coordination, and governance of projects to maintain a consolidated view (risks, interdependencies, roadmap) on a daily basis.
Functional liaisons: IT Department, project managers, Data unit, Operational Efficiency unit, service providers, and all business units that may have a need and/or contribute to establishing a response.
Main Missions
- Centralize, track, and consolidate project progress (project plan).
- Identify and track risks, dependencies, and cross-project impacts to aid decision-making.
- Produce dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Define, maintain, and enforce project management methods, tools, and standards.
- Support project managers and contributing teams in applying standards and managing risks associated with scope/budget/schedule.
- Contribute to facilitating scoping and steering workshops.
- Lead a continuous improvement initiative for project practices.
- Participate in prioritizing the company's project roadmap.
