About

We are currently looking for a Project Manager Officer - PMO for our client in Zurich.

• Start Date: June 2026
• Project Duration: June 2028
• Workload: 100%

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the setup, management, and further development of the PMO within the strategic IT program DOPZ
• Definition and further development of project management standards, methods, templates, and tools
• Program and project controlling (budget, scope, time, quality, risks, resources)
• Creation of management reports, decision documents, and status reports for the Steering Committee and Board of Directors
• Ensuring efficient stakeholder and communication management
• Ensuring program governance

Requirements

• Several years of experience (at least 10 years) in the PMO environment of large, complex IT programs or projects
• Sound knowledge of project and program management methods (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, agile methodologies)
• Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and high implementation strength
• Confident presence at C-level
• Excellent communication and moderation skills
