Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our marine outfitting projects in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, within budget, and in full compliance with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring smooth and timely execution of works.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all project activities.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and costs, and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with technical and aesthetic requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, shipyard representatives, and company management on-site.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent professional experience or proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within marine outfitting, shipbuilding, or related construction and fit-out sectors.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Desirable Qualifications

• Postgraduate studies in a related field.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Project.
