Responsibilities

  • Initiation, planning, execution, coordination, control, monitoring, and completion of manufacturing processes.
  • Quality, cost, and time (QKT) responsibility for all assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Creation, continuous updating, and maintenance of process documentation up to final delivery to the client.
  • Technical leadership of assigned team members, including cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams, monitoring project progress, and plausibility checks of the technical completion status of sub-projects.
  • Plausibility checks of technical scope, support of defect management, and participation in claim management for internal and external claims.
  • Coordination, organization, and execution of customer and internal technical reviews, checking the developed sub-project content for consistency, contractual conformity, and adherence to quality, cost, and schedule criteria.
  • The role is technically assigned to the project, reports to the project, and is disciplinarily located within the OPS main department PMC in the matrix organization.

Requirements

  • Technical university degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or comparable field of study).
  • IPMA Level B certification in project management.
  • Several years of project management experience as well as in-depth product and manufacturing understanding.
  • Teamwork skills and monitoring of manufacturing progress, including reporting on quality, costs, and deadlines.
  • Openness to different cultures and intercultural communication skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • High flexibility, personal responsibility, and independent work, as well as strong communication and willingness to travel.

Requirements

  • Technisches Hochschulstudium (z.B. Maschinenbau, Schiffbau oder vergleichbarer Studiengang).
  • IPMA LevelBZertifizierung im Projektmanagement.
  • Mehrjährige Projektmanagement Erfahrung sowie fundiertes Produkt und Fertigungsverständnis.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Überwachung des Fertigungsfortschritts inkl. Berichtswesen zu Qualität, Kosten und Terminen.
  • Offenheit gegenüber unterschiedlichen Kulturen und interkulturelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung und selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations und Reisebereitschaft.

Responsibilities

  • Initiierung, Planung, Durchführung, Koordination, Steuerung, Überwachung und Abschluss der Fertigungsprozesse.
  • QKTVerantwortung für alle zugewiesenen Aufgabenbereiche.
  • Erstellung, kontinuierliche Aktualisierung und Pflege der Prozessdokumentation bis zur finalen Ablieferung an den Auftraggeber.
  • Fachliche Führung der zugeordneten Teammitglieder, auch quer und fachübergreifend, Projektfortschrittskontrolle und Plausibilisierung des technischen Fertigstellungsgrades des Teilprojektes.
  • Plausibilisierung technische Mengengerüste, Unterstützung des Fehlermanagement und Mitwirkung im ClaimManagement für Eigen und FremdClaims.
  • Koordination, Organisation und Durchführung von Kunden- und internen technischen Reviews, Prüfung der erarbeiteten Teilprojektinhalte auf Konsistenz, vertragliche Konformität sowie Einhaltung Qualitäts, Kosten und Terminkriterien
