Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the management of the production process, including initiation, planning, execution, coordination, control, monitoring, and completion.
  • Quality, cost, and schedule responsibility for all assigned areas of responsibility, as well as maintenance of results, decision, and process documentation up to final delivery.
  • Technical leadership of assigned team members (m/f/d) across functional and departmental boundaries.
  • Planning, coordination, and execution of project progress and completion controls, including plausibility checks of technical quantity frameworks.
  • Support and organization of error management, claim management (own and third-party claims), as well as customer and internal technical reviews.
  • Review of sub-project results for consistency, contractual compliance, and adherence to qualitative project parameters, such as quality, cost, and deadlines.
  • Involvement in the matrix organization: technical assignment and reporting line to the project, disciplinary placement within OPS.

Requirements

  • Completed technical university degree.
  • Many years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
  • IPMA certification Level B or C.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • High flexibility, willingness to travel, self-responsibility, and independent work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team spirit and openness to intercultural collaboration.
