BAE Systems is looking for a Project Manager to join our technology‑based program supporting a key government customer. As the O&M Lead, you will support the Program Manager in overseeing and leading a technical program that delivers a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform that supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. This program delivers engineering services for Linux and Windows cloud‑based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end‑point devices, data‑center hosted servers, cloud services, virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology such as containerized solutions with orchestrated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable operation of an integrated digital modeling environment.
• Provide remote resolution support for Tier 0/1/2 of Linux and Windows cloud‑based infrastructure, AWS Workspaces, and stored data supporting business processing requirements.
• Support a mixed Windows/Linux server environment using ServiceNow, Active Directory, and PKI‑based authentication for Windows user workspaces and remote access.
• Provide application support for IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM), Riskonnect, TeamWork Cloud, Microsoft Project, and Tableau.
• Interact directly with team members to support contract execution and provide customer support to a dispersed customer base.
• Interface with the customer and maintain/promote positive relationships.
• Deliver contract deliverables and other customer status updates.
• Prepare program execution plans and identify technical and business resource needs.
• Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and action items.
• Create, maintain, and analyze ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Ensure the team meets all Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and tight deadlines.
• Develop processes and procedures to streamline team activities.
• Identify automation efficiencies.
• Understand and adhere to applicable standards and laws, coordinating with various departments for successful program execution.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• PMI Certified Program Management Professional (PMP).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a team of 10+ members.
• Experience working across engineering functions.
• Experience leading and managing O&M teams using agile methodologies.
• Ability to ensure the team produces quality deliverables, gathers data, creates metrics, and reports for internal and external leadership.
• Ability to represent the team and deliver status reports to internal and external leadership.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑through, written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to comprehensively deliver contract deliverables and customer status updates.
• Ability to prepare program execution plans and identify technical and business resource needs.
• Ability to coordinate project activities, deliverables, and action items.
• Ability to create, maintain, and analyze ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure the team meets all SLOs and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to create processes and procedures to streamline activities.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM program.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate (or equivalent).
• Linux system administration.
• Windows system administration.
• Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM).
• Experience with enterprise digital modeling tools (system modeling software, TeamWork Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, etc.).
• SharePoint and Project Web Access (PWA).
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and workspaces.

Pay Information

Full‑Time Salary Range: $130,355 – $221,603

Note: This range is based on market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by factors such as business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications (skills, education, experience).
