About the role
You take ownership of key business and operational projects at REPS and drive them from idea to execution.
You will work closely with our COO and within the Business Development and Growth team, taking ownership of key projects and driving execution across the organization.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You don’t just plan projects, you make sure they actually happen.
You will work on topics such as:
- building and improving internal processes and systems
- supporting and structuring business development initiatives
- driving cross-functional projects between business and tech
- improving workflows, tools and scalability of the organization
In short: You bring structure, drive execution and help REPS scale.
🔧 Your tasks
- Take ownership of business and operational projects from start to finish
- Structure projects, define priorities and ensure execution
- Work closely with the COO and the team to drive business development initiatives
- Build and improve internal processes, tools and workflows
- Coordinate between teams (business, tech, external partners)
- Identify bottlenecks and actively solve them
- Track progress and ensure accountability across projects
- Support scaling of the organization through better systems and processes

- Strong ability to structure complex topics and turn them into clear actions
- High level of ownership – you take responsibility and follow through
- Hands‑on mindset: you execute, not just plan
- Experience in project management, operations, consulting or startup environments
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast‑moving environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Interest in building and scaling systems and processes
- Fluent in English and German
