About the Position

Exciting and diverse position in project management of complex machine projects with responsibility for the entire project cycle. The role combines technical coordination, project management, and close collaboration with international customers and internal teams.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Leading complex machine projects from the final sales phase to customer acceptance, ensuring time, cost, and quality.
• Creating the order plan, including defining work packages and milestones in coordination with customers and internal interfaces.
• Leading project teams, organizing kick-off meetings, and presenting system concepts and schedules to internal and external partners.
• Technical and organizational coordination of all project participants and ensuring goal- and solution-oriented project management.
• Taking on a central interface function and ensuring continuous information flow.
• Monitoring deadlines, functionality, and costs, including initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations.
• Reporting on parallel projects and deriving and presenting corrective measures for management.
• Conducting post-calculations and project analyses.
• Consulting, supporting, and assisting customers and the sales organization.

What You Bring

• Technical education (University of Applied Sciences/University)
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in mechanical engineering
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (native level)
• Good English language skills
• Structured and disciplined way of working
• Customer and team-oriented attitude

Advantageous

• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
• PMI-PMP certification
• Good Spanish language skills
