Project Manager

The Role

You’ll manage residential and insurance restoration projects from start to finish:

• Scoping and estimating (Xactimate experience is a big plus)
• Managing timelines, crews, and budgets
• Communicating with homeowners and adjusters
• Keeping jobs moving without constant fire drills

This is a hybrid role based in Nottingham, MD.

This is for someone who:

• Already works as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Adjuster
• Knows construction and insurance work inside and out
• Is reliable, organized, and takes ownership
• Is quietly frustrated where they are now — but hasn’t made a move yet
