Role Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring on‑time and on‑budget project completion and overall customer satisfaction. The Project Manager promotes a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Work directly with Engineering, Production, Procurement, H&S, and Customers on the seamless execution of landed projects.
- Ensure all field crews have the equipment, materials, and appropriately skilled personnel to complete the project.
- Source rental equipment, confirm availability, request purchase orders, coordinate delivery, and arrange return of items once rental is complete.
- Supervise and direct Project Coordinators where applicable.
- Work in a safe manner and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all Project Management policies and procedures.
- Review projects with Project Coordinators, Foremen, and onsite crews.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to Project Coordinators, Foremen, and Lead Hands as needed.
- Collaborate with Field Services scheduler, Purchasing, etc., to resolve anticipated staffing needs/changes and material purchases to avoid project delays.
- Responsible for quality control of all completed work both onsite and in‑house.
- Gather necessary project information and costs for compiling and writing change notices and out‑of‑scope work (extras).
- Source appropriately qualified subcontracting labour where required to meet job demands.
- Work with Purchasing, suppliers, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Work with TMG Finance team to ensure all paperwork (customer files, job files, and quotes) is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly production meetings.
- May prepare accurate job estimates as part of an assigned portfolio.
- Assist in obtaining new customers as requested.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner in alignment with company values, including language use, attire, and workmanship.
- Overtime, work outside regular hours, and on‑call duties may be required at the discretion of the company.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 4–10 years of project management experience.
- PMP certification or desire to pursue.
- Post‑secondary education preferred with a background in project management, mechanical design, or electrical engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time, and budget management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD TrueView.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; preference for experience with Microsoft NAV Dynamics.
- Willing and able to travel to customer locations as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Salary Range
$95,000 – $125,000 per year.
Requirements
- 4-10 years of project management experience.
- PMP certification or desire to pursue.
