Senior Project Manager – Outsourcing / Nearshoring (Customer Service & Risk Operations)

We are seeking an experienced, high impact Senior Business Project Manager to lead strategic outsourcing and nearshoring initiatives within our Customer Service and Risk Operations functions. This role is ideal for a highly structured, business‑savvy professional who excels at driving complex evaluations, managing cross‑functional stakeholders, and delivering executive‑ready outputs.

The role is a 6 month contract with extension to implement highly likely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of RFI/RFP processes for potential nearshoring of Customer Service and Risk Operations.
• Define business requirements in close collaboration with Service and Risk department stakeholders.
• Independently clarify technical, legal, and compliance frameworks with relevant specialist teams.
• Drive the business‑side planning, organization, and execution of tender processes in partnership with Procurement.
• Prepare interim and final presentations for decision‑making bodies at Executive Board and Board of Directors level.
• Oversee and guide evaluation and sourcing processes for outsourcing and nearshoring initiatives in the services sector.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading complex evaluations and sourcing projects in outsourcing/nearshoring environments.
• Strong conceptual and process‑driven mindset with the ability to structure and execute large‑scale initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technical, legal, and compliance domains.
• Ability to produce high‑quality executive‑level presentations and decision documents.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Business‑proficient German (C1+) and fluent English.
• Experience in Customer Service, Risk Operations, or similar service‑driven environments is a strong plus.
