Job Description

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Oversee financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of industry experience
• General contracting background
• Demonstrated history of successfully managing large‑scale, ground‑up construction projects from start to completion (project types may include mission critical, commercial, health care, industrial, education)
• Experience with project values ranging from $50M – $300M+
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
