Minimum Required Skills and Competencies

  • Financial Background with strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger structures.
  • Cross functional leadership experience, including leading teams across the enterprise and managing executive-level stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to ensure solution compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Superior analytical skills in the management of various concurrent projects.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to recognize and focus on critical issues which may impede the timely progression or execution of projects.
  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills with ability to foster attendee participation and collaboration in both small and large groups.
  • Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile.
  • Dependable, Self-Motivated with a Positive Attitude.
  • Ability to think creatively, show initiative and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Deductive reasoning skills to analyze problems and respond quickly in a demanding environment.
  • Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Desired Skills and Competencies

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
  • Experience With ERP Systems.
  • Seven to ten years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, and effective delivery of products and services.
  • PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization.
