Responsibilities
- Leading complex and MEAG-wide organizational and optimization projects from the initial idea through project initiation to implementation
- Providing expert advice on the conception of organizational structures and operating models, as well as creating high-quality recommendations for action
- Organizational further development and optimization of processes, taking into account technical advancements, both within and across business units
- Expanding project management know-how through regular training sessions or consulting on project setup within MEAG
- Close collaboration and coordination with the strategy team, senior management, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree, preferably in economics or STEM subjects
- Demonstrable expertise in strategy, organizational development, and/or transformation, with sound relevant professional experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
- At least 4 years of experience leading large and complex projects for asset managers or other financial service providers
- Sound understanding of various organizational structures and transformation processes
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured, independent, and above all, results-oriented approach to work
- High team competence, pronounced reliability, strong communication skills, and a convincing presence
- Excellent German and English skills (C1) as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
