About the role

Strengthen our team in Switzerland (Baden) with your expertise & experience as our:
Project Manager Outage (PMO)
Secure a professional and reliable outage and inspection management to our Service Business based on broad knowledge & passion for our GT26 and GT36 gas turbines
Your tasks
- Lead international overhaul and inspection project for combined cycle power plants
- Ensure best-in class results during project preparation, execution and close out phase
- Take responsibility for a dedicated project control in terms of time, cost and quality
- Make sure that all work is performed according to Environmental Health & Safety-, Quality-, and schedule requirements
- Set tasks and priorities including deadlines for the team
- Monitor project execution performance, review targets in terms of time, cost and quality
- Ensure closing of feedback loop after inspections and overhauls
- Ensure an optimum deployment of assigned resources
- Work in close cooperation with other Ansaldo departments, local Services Centers, field service personnel, suppliers and clients.
Your profile
- Degree in engineering and a skilled educational or professional background relevant to the power plant business with a high level of empathy to GT power plants
- Minimum three years of experience in the field of construction, commissioning or service of Combined Cycle power plants
- Excellent management skills, planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of gas turbines and combined cycle power plants
- Customer service oriented with good negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Motivating, reliable & goal-oriented team leader with the ability to handle conflicts proactively
- Being flexible and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel worldwide, whenever required (up to 10% of the time)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of English, German is an advantage, further knowledge of Italian and French would be an asset.
