Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Project Manager opening! This long term temporary opening is expected to last through September of 2027. It offers the chance to be part of a major expansion project for the Lehigh Valley! Hours are very part time, work 5-15 hours/week. Pay is $30.00-40.00/hr.

In this role you will work w/ several departments to manage a building project:

• Facilitate regular meetings to track alignment between task forces
• Provide the executive summary and progress dashboards to the executive team
• Validate that all deliverables are cohesive and support the goals
• Synthesize the individual timelines from each task force into a signed master Project Management Plan
• Identify issues regarding resource gaps and escalate them to the executive team
• Coordinate activities with facilities, marketing, and communications

Candidates for this role must have project management experience, excellent computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across an organization.
